I had the privilege of creating a feature on Gigawatt Coffee Roasters for The Locals — telling the story behind their craft, their journey, and the people who power the brand.

The piece explored how a passion for air-roasted coffee grew into a thriving small business, from its early roots and bold decision to launch during the pandemic, to the values of curiosity, care, and quality that continue to shape everything they do.
